Yes, absolutely! The book is meant to be written in as you check off the challenges. The paper is premium with a heavier weight to minimize bleed. The best suited writing tools are pens, color pencils, and alcohol-based markers. Other, wet mediums are advised to be accompanied with a sheet of paper behind the page. Stickers are also fun to use to track your progress!

There are five focus areas for the challenges – Clean, Mind, Food, Move, and Sleep. If there is a particular area you are interested in, find a challenge that speaks to you in that section and start there. If you are just beginning your path to personal growth, sleep challenges are a great place to start! Strengthening your sleep habits can help give you the energy and momentum to tackle bigger improvements in other areas of your life.

In the top right-hand corner of each challenge page, you will find checkmarks that indicate the level of difficultly. They are rated between 1 check (easy) to 3 checks (difficult). Keep in mind that the intensity levels are meant to serve only as a general guide. Something that may be incredibly easy for you could be extremely hard for someone else, and vice versa.
